Yes, we offer virtual sessions exclusively to accommodate clients from all over the world. All you need is a stable internet connection, and we can work together from the comfort of your own home or hotel room.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Whole-Body Wellness Advocate, I combine my psychiatric background, my own lived experiences with holistic approach to provide evidence-based, personalized wellness solutions. My focus is on empowering women with actionable tools and guidance for both their whole body wellness journey.
During your first session, we will discuss your wellness goals, lifestyle habits, building rapport and identify specific challenges you’re facing based on the area you are booked for. This is a judgment-free space where you can share your concerns, and together, we’ll create a tailored plan to support your well-being.
The number of weeks depends on your individual needs and goals. We recommend a 6 week session minimum as research has shown that its important to create sustainable habits within that time period.
Some clients benefit from 12 week sessions as well to maintain accountability, while others may reach their goals after a few meetings within 4 weeks. We’ll work together to find the right frequency for you.
Yes, corporate wellness programs, and workshops. If you're interested in hosting a wellness workshop or booking a speaking engagement, please contact us directly for more information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
Payments can be made directly through our website via credit card or other payment options listed. We also accept payments via secure links sent after session bookings.
